Responsable de liderar el área de almacén bajo el cumplimiento de los objetivos organizacionales y los convenidos con el cliente, garantizando la gestión y aplicación de los procesos operativos. Favorece la detección de necesidades y mejora continua que contribuyan a un ambiente de excelencia operativa.

**Principales Responsabilidades**:

- Asegurar que todos los movimientos físicos (recibos, embarques, devoluciones, traspasos, etc.) queden correctamente reflejados en el sistema.
- Dar respuesta y seguimiento a problemas en la operación que afecten el servicio hacia el cliente.
- Asegurar la asertividad del inventario manteniendo un nível de confianza del 99.8%.
- Trabajar en conjunto con el Gerente de Almacén para definir los requisitos de la operación y asegurar la implementación de nuevas estrategias e iniciativas para satisfacer o superar las expectativas de los clientes.
- Dar seguimiento a métricos (Dashboard) mensuales, generar reportes de operación y participar en reuniones de resultados al cliente.
- Generar reporte para facturación del cliente para el correcto

proceso de cobranza.

**Requisitos**:

- Ingeniería en logística, industrial o a fin deseable. Al menos cinco años de experiência en posiciones de supervisión de operaciones dentro de Centros de Distribución. Conocimiento en el proceso de Indbound / Shipping. Excel avanzado (Formulas, Tablas dinámicas y Macros). Deseable manejo de WMS o ERP. Inglés avanzado - indispensable.
