Technical Support Engineer

Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer.
**What you’ll do**:
- Effectively communicate product value proposition and product line strategies
- Help the team meet or exceed team metrics
- Accomplish complex tasks utilizing a variety of resources
- Leverage information to provide professional customer support
- Ability to perform assigned duties in a team environment
- Serve on special teams and work on projects to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction
- Work rotational hours 8:00am - 5:00pm ET and 9:00am - 6:00pm ET
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor degree in a technical field necessary.
Minimum customer interaction experience (3 years)
**Skills**:
