**Visión General**:
Analista de Logística, Esta posición es clave para el proceso de reconocimiento de Revenue, garantizar la correcta entrega a clientes, reducción de costos operativos y mapeo y cumplimiento de procesos y procedimientos.

**Tu día a día como Analista de Logística**:

- Coordinarás con el equipo de almacén y proveedor de transporte para definir las solicitudes de envío para el día.
- Darás seguimiento a entregas abiertas o tardías.
- Harás y rastrearas investigaciones de quejas de clientes.
- Inspeccionarás periódicamente el proceso de recibo para asegurar el reconocimiento de ingresos.
- Crearas y/o actualizaras los procedimientos y métricas de logística.

**Cómo generarás un impacto**:

- Comunicación diaria/operativa con las empresas de transporte.
- Consolidación de solicitudes de vehículos.
- Proceso de reconocimiento de ingresos, Gestión de POD, interfaz con proveedor y finanzas.
- Análisis de quejas de clientes
- Mapeo y actualización de procedimientos
- KPI´s
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a Chemistry, Biochemistry, Technical medicine or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Industrial Engineering will be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager in the Biotech, Diagnostics or Medical Devices industry.
