**What you will bring to the team**

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Service Representative I primarily responsible for performing a full workload of product services and repair on TGCS and non-TGCS retail products in the store systems, retail banking and SMB marketplaces (i.e., apparel stores, supermarkets, mass merchandising, specialty shops, banks, local insurance agents, CPAs, legal firms, etc.). Accountable for customer satisfaction with the services provided, which include some or all of the following: whole product and/or component advance exchange or swap and on-premise basic product & store equipment problem diagnosis, adjustment and/or repair.

Your typical day as a Toshiba **Service Representative I **will involve:
**Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for individual results which may have an impact on the results of the overall service team. Responsible to meet or exceed the technical and operational business measurements for assigned workload.
- Submits accurate and timely reports, Quality Service Activity Reporting System (QSARS), time cards, etc.
- For assigned territory, training and parts, is responsible to accurately manage and account for business expenses.
- May provide recommendations that will improve TGCS revenue/expense/profit in assigned accounts.
- Assumes additional responsibilities as assigne

**Naturally To be successful in this role, you must have and know of**
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years in Electronic field
- Strong customer relation skills in the retail environment
- Ability to properly use test equipment, basic hand tools, and electric meters
- Software skills in Linux and Windows 7
- Recognize and understand the functional and operational use of IT signal and power cables as well as low voltage wiring systems and to perform diagnosis and repa
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with internal and/or external clients

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of personal computer technology, flat panel TVs & monitors, cash registers / point-of-sale equipment, and associated retail devices
- Electricity & electronics knowledge
- Mechanical aptitude
