We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Customer Service Representative** based in _Central Offices Plant, Ciudad Juárez Chih., Mex._ _(E-Systems Division).
As Customer Service Representative you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to a Sales Manager & Sr Account Manager.
**Your Task will be**
- Knowledge in Customer purchasing practices
- Customer Services
- Increase profitability
- Manage timing on engineering process, past dues, open collections
- Develop, present and negotiate engineering options for Service Parts to Customers
- Make Sales Engineering presentations for new service business quotations
**To be Successful in this rule you will need**:
- Education**:Bachelor's Degree on Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of working in similar area with Automotive Tier 1
- Experience in working with Automotive OEM’s
- Knowledge of negotiation
- MS Office Advanced
- English: Proficient
