Buscamos a un profesional apasionado y orientado a resultados para ocupar el puesto de Country Manager México. Serás responsable de dirigir, orientar y controlar las actividades de la organización para alcanzar nuestros objetivos financieros y operativos a corto y largo plazo, siguiendo la estrategia y plan de negocios global.

¿Qué harás como Country Manager? Aquí tienes un resumen de tus principales actividades y responsabilidades, en orden de importancia:
Dirigir todos los aspectos de las operaciones diarias de la organización para garantizar la eficiencia y el rendimiento, alineándolos con los objetivos, estrategias y planes establecidos.

Definir las estrategias locales e implementar los procedimientos necesarios para alcanzar las metas y objetivos en términos de costos, rentabilidad, calidad de servicio y gestión de recursos.

Seleccionar anualmente las compras a realizar para tu mercado, basándote en las colecciones definidas de Casa Matriz.

Liderar el Business Team local para gestionar todas las operaciones locales cumpliendo con los valores de nuestra compañía, el código de conducta, las normas y las regulaciones legales vigentes en tu mercado.

Definir y liderar los procesos de apertura de nuevas tiendas en tu mercado.

¿Qué necesitas para ser parte del equipo?

Carreras de Administración de Empresas, Comercialización, Marketing o Ingeniería Industrial. Se valorará un MBA.

Mínimo 10 años de experiência liderando grandes equipos, con al menos 5 años en posiciones similares.

Ser un apasionado de la industria.

Dominio del idioma inglés, tanto oral como escrito.

¿Con quiénes trabajarás?

Tendrás contacto frecuente con las siguientes áreas internas: Business Team, Management Team CM, Finanzas, Controlling, Capital Humano, Logística, Marketing, Arquitectura y CX. Además, establecerás relaciones con proveedores, agencias de marketing/comunicación, cámaras empresariales, instituciones gubernamentales y competidores externos.
