As a Sales Account Manager at ABA Finance, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Your ability to understand client needs, identify opportunities, and provide tailored financial solutions will be instrumental in your success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all sales-related matters.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling financial products and services to maximize revenue.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential new clients and generate leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and provide ongoing support.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations, demonstrating the value and benefits of our financial products and services.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and ABA Finance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the financial industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, including loans, investments, and insurance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

**Salary**: $12,083.93 - $32,000.00 per month

- SALES MANAGEMENT: 3 years (preferred)
- B2B SALES: 3 years (preferred)
- INSIDE SALES: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- PROFICIENT ENGLISH LEVEL (required)
