**Marketing Coordinator & Executive Assistant**
Title: Marketing Coordinator/Executive Assistant

Location: Hermosillo, (Sonora) Mexico

**Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Support**:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future strategies.
- **Content Creation**:

- Collaborate with graphic designers and writers to produce compelling visual and written assets.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Manage company founder's calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and correspondence on behalf Account Service and Management Team.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain databases and CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Extract insights from data reports to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Support the planning and execution of events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
- Coordinate logistics, vendor contracts, and attendee communications.

Qualifications:

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing coordination or executive assistance, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to feel comfortable learning new onlne marketing platforms like ZoomInfo.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Pay: $15,000.00 - $22,774.55 per month
