Founded in 2019, Gordian Staffing helps small and medium-sized enterprises in the United States and Canada with specialized services and provides high-quality people solutions. Our headquarters is in Omaha, Nebraska. Abroad, we have offices in Guadalajara and Mexico City. We are looking for someone to support one of our customers in The USA.

Our client is a community association that takes care of everything a residential community needs. They are proud to take good care of all their clients and are looking forward to being one of the leading community associations in the States.

The activities for this position are:

- Process work orders through CRM.
- Provide answers to homeowners about diverse situations in the community.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.

**Schedule**

Monday to Friday
- Regular schedule: 9:00 to 18:00 CST MEX
- Daylight saving: 8:00 to 17:00 CST MEX

We offer:

- Christmas bonus of 30 days (Aguinaldo)
- 12 vacation days after the first year
- IMSS
- Major medical insurance since day 1

After three months probationary contract, we add:

- Minor medical insurance (Clinic may vary according to your city).
- Food vouchers (10% of the gross salary).
- Restaurant tickets ($2,000 pesos).
- Saving fund (8% of the gross salary).

**Requirements**:

- 2 years of experience in a call center environment.
- Feel comfortable on the phone.
- Feel comfortable with a heavy phone volume.
- High School diploma.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience dealing with difficult customers.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish).
