**Job Title: Sales Development Representative** (100% Remote)

**Job Overview**

Our client provides Nonprofits (NGO’s) and Schools with college and career readiness software to ensure their students are career focused and/or college ready They are currently launched in 70 U.S. cities with tons of opportunities for growth.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct research to identify potential leads and gather relevant information.
3. Qualify leads by engaging in meaningful conversations and understanding their pain points and objectives.
4. Set appointments and demos for our client's sales executives, ensuring a smooth handover of information.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
6. Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead progression in our client's CRM system.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, our client's products/services, and competitors to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
8. Provide customer training and on-boarding to encourage product adoption and maintain high customer morale.

**Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and engaging approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related roles
- Comfortable with technology and proficient in using CRM systems and sales communication tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Resilience and persistence to handle rejection and keep a positive attitude.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of outreach.
- Quick learner who can adapt to changing market conditions and product offerings.
- Excellent English level, both written and spoken.
- Must be located in Latin America.

- Competitive commission-based compensation.
- Monthly base salary $1500 USD.

**Schedule**:

- Full-time, Monday to Friday.
