**The Company.**

Founded in 2014, Quincus is a B2B supply chain operating SaaS platform headquartered in Singapore. We solve today's global supply chain challenges with ground breaking technology. Using AI and machine learning, we have digitized and optimized logistics processes, providing an end to end logistics/supply chain operating system for some of the largest companies in the world.

Quincus was founded by two visionary entrepreneurs who possess deep knowledge and experience in technology and logistics. Katherina-Olivia Lacey, Chief Product Officer, is leading a tech revolution in the space while empowering women in the logistics/supply chain industry. Jonathan E. Savoir, Chief Executive Officer, was featured on Forbes' 30 Under 30 Asia List in 2020, and also serves on the boards of several start-ups.

**_ Required Experience._**
- Position the value of Quincus software to small and enterprise customers businesses
- Educate and guide prospects through the sales cycle to display the value of how Quincus can grow/improve their business
- Manage a pipeline of self-sourced leads and SDR generated leads to develop relationships with potential buyers
- Identify prospective customer pain points and/or business goals to determine if where Quincus can provide the most immediate value
- Close business with net new business at or above quota level
- Partner with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products
- Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company's values, unique culture, and vision for the future
- Ability to support and manage negotiations of commercial and contractual terms with Quincus Sr. Sales Management
- Proven ability to independently manage a sales cycle from deal origination, to deal closure
- Personal achievement of at least US $500k of annual net new revenue target achievement in enterprise software selling in the fields of the supply chain, logistics, e-commerce or related industries.
- Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and present them in a structured and aesthetically pleasing manner

**_ Who you are._**
- 3+ years of relevant experience working within a high growth/start-up or equivalent environment.
- 5+ years total relevant work experience
- Have experience in SaaS or other technology focused companies
- See problems as opportunities to provide or extract value, rather than obstacles
- Strong problem solving skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
