**SERVICIO DE ATENCION AL CLIENTE / BILINGUE**

**Objetivos específicos**:

- Atender de manera integral las necesidades o problemáticas que presenten los clientes.
- Realizar actividades de soporte y seguimiento en el cumplimiento de las fechas de entrega en tiempo y forma.
- Realizar las labores administrativas que se deriven de la dinámica comercial.
- Confirmar oportunamente a los clientes de la programación de sus pedidos.
- Digitalizar los documentos de respaldo para cada orden de trabajo hasta el cierre del mismo
- Archivo y administración de documentos que deriven de la dinámica comercial.
- Apoyar a los ejecutivos de ventas, en las actividades administrativas.
- Apoyar a la Gerencia de servicio y atención al cliente en el cumplimiento de programas y estrategias comerciales.
- Realizar la captura de pedidos al sistema de producción apegado al procedimiento correspondiente.
- Comunicar oportunamente a los clientes del estado de sus pedidos.

**Requerimientos**:

- Estudios: LIC. **concluida**:

- Experiência: Mínima 2 años (Deseable en el giro de empaque)
- Manejo de office.
- **Manejo de inglés (INDISPENSABLE)**
