**Job Description Summary**: In this role, you will be responsible for executing and administrate on one or more Benefits processes. Develop an in-depth understanding of Payroll & Benefits systems, processes, and legislative rules. This role requires emphasis on data integrity and analysis to support key HR decisions while providing coverage and support as needed. Identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvement. Promote “Best in Class” service while developing effective relationships and working cross functionally with internal teams and suppliers.

Facilitate & support People Operations Systems across the Region in order to leverage our products offering one solution across the region.

**Roles and Responsibilities***
- Individuals who are responsible for the quality delivery of multiple payroll & benefit processes and service to the businesses. Manages benefit/payroll queries from employees, managers and HRM's in a timely, and professional manner. Correctly administers benefit/payroll processes. Manages service delivery metrics in relation to outsourced benefits/payroll. Includes those who lead Payroll & Benefits Service Delivery teams, and/or the operations for such teams. Mostly used in Shared Service teams but can be found in Business teams.
- Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
- Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults People Leader or more senior team members for issues outside of defined parameters.
- Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information asks questions and checks for understanding.
- Handles simple data entry work requiring face value check and correction.
- Support inbound and outbound interfaces for Benefits and Payroll in alignment with global tools ensuring the benefits interfaces are working properly from a functional perspective in our operational process (contributions, payments, employee transfer, etc.)
- Ensure the inputs are according to the payroll period.
- Reinforce with our employees the right channel, meet service goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Support the correct operations of the business, allowing the interaction that all the benefits available for the employees are delivered in a timely manner.
- Follow up on development items to be worked, tested and implemented as a solution to impact the employees and business as a way to simplification and standardization.
- Contact and manage the Benefits vendors and also internal teams, as daily activities to deliver a good service according our policies.
- Outstanding team player committed to success; capable to work within cross functional team in a fast-paced, change acceleration process

**Required Qualifications**
- 2-3 years process experience, Payroll & Benefits and HR Operations including local regulations in the region countries.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in related area (Business Administration, Human Resources and accountant preferred).
- Fluency in English.
- Solid understanding of HR, Benefits and Payroll Systems.
