**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Position Summary**:
Provide support to QC Engineer to ensure that quality processes are followed, and quality auditors are supervised in all shifts. Acts as a support for the QC Engineer to perform basic QC Engineer activities to monitor and improve Quality KPI and quality systems.

**Essential Functions**:

- Supervise Quality Auditors
- Ensure that Quality processes are followed
- Provide direction to Quality Auditors.
- Perform basic QC Engineer task such as a FTF, Scrap monitoring, analysis.
- Provide support to QC Engineer as needed.
- Knows and Communicates the need for product safety.
- As well performs all those activities that by the nature of the position are required.

**Management & Supervisory Responsibilities**:
Supervise Quality auditors and provide direction to ensure that quality processes are followed at all times to achieve Quality KPI’s and comply with Quality Processes requirements.

**Knowledge**:

- In depth knowledge of SPC and quality assurance principles
- Air Brake Product and Process Knowledge preferred
- IATF-16949 knowledge

**Experience**:

- Experience in quality assurance field (2-3 years)

**Skills**:

- High communication skills written and verbal to deal with core team and collaborators

**Education/Certifications**:

- Engineering degree
- Bilingual (preferred)
