**Job Description** The Team**:
Our Sales Team, represents Mattel Latin America for our clients. In our area we develop large business plans, that ensure our clients’ growth and development in the toy industry. In addition, we always seek to be the best Business Partner and to achieve this, besides of working as a team with Logistics, Marketing and Finance we must acquire in-depth knowledge of each market needs and of our clients opportunities.
With us you will learn to conduct in-depth analysis of behaviors, seasons, market opportunities and results of our strategies to generate insights that will allow us to adjust and improve our business plans.

**What Your Impact Will Be***
- Support strategy based on consumption
- Provide insights to drive sustainable growth:
- Support account managers to guarantee correct budget management
- Drive best recommendations to support sales goals & objectives (Data Analyst)
- Gather and analyze sales data
- Review sales history to determine productivity trends
- Collaborate with sales team to develop sales forecasts and client delivery schedules
- Present weekly reports to the sales department and managers
- Help improve sales processes
**Qualifications**

- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, and business indicators
- Numerical analysis
- Office suite advanced level (Excel)
- Strong mathematical skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
