**PROPERTY MANAGER**

Buscamos a una persona proactiva, con ganas de crecer, gusto por las ventas, el trabajo en equipo y el cumplimiento de metas y objetivos. Nuestra oficina se encuentra ubicada en la exclusiva **Quinta Avenida; **nos rodeamos de clientes potenciales.

**Requisitos indispensables**:

- Inglés (_intermedio mínimo_)
- Experiência en manejo (_auto y/o motocicleta_)
- Experiência con plataformas digitales (Hosting)
- Manejo de personal
- Servicial

**Funciones**:

- Planificación, organización, dirección y supervisión de todas las operaciones asociadas con la administración de reservas de habitaciones.
- Relaciones con inquilinos: Gestión de consultas, inquietudes y solicitudes de inquilinos.
- Mantenimiento y reparaciones: Organizar el mantenimiento, reparaciones e inspecciones de rutina de la propiedad.
- Administración de arrendamientos: Supervisar los contratos de arrendamiento, incluida su redacción, renovaciones y rescisiones.
- Gestión financiera: Manejo de las finanzas de la propiedad, incluida la elaboración de presupuestos, el cobro de alquileres, el pago de facturas y el mantenimiento de registros financieros.
- Gestión de riesgos.
- Respuesta a emergencias.
