**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential customers, and setting appointments for our sales executives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in sales while contributing to the growth and success of our company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research to identify potential customers and understand their needs and pain points
- Engage with prospects to educate them about our products/services and qualify their interest
- Schedule appointments and demonstrations for our sales executives with qualified leads
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and progress in our CRM system

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with prospects
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales techniques
