Commercial strategy conception from an early stage in the vehicle lifecycle to the end of sales. The product Sr. Specialist conceive and analyze the commercial strategy of the given product portfolio for decision taking that secure NIBU revenue.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Commercial Strategy**
- Propose and follow up the competitiveness strategy through pricing (NIBU Revenue) and incentives looking after a competitive and profitable portfolio.
- Revise proper Gross Margin to NSC in balance with Nissan's Profit to maximize volume/profit equation.
- Follow up KPIs (grade MIX, Sales Mix, NSC gross margin, M&S expenses).
- Build data to follow up and present performance results.
- Constant communication with NSCs regarding commercial strategy and market trends.
- Alignment with NMEX CMM to maximize synergies.
- Propose and follow up BP and MTP NIBU volume based on product milestones and MPRs.
**Product Management**
- Lifecycle Positioning and M&S expenses strategy.
- Quarterly control on profitability, incentives and competitiveness by-products.
- Product Launch Principal:
- Brand Positioning Proposal (USPs, communication product key messages).
- Create Brief to functions and advertising agency.
- Alignment with internal stakeholders about product pricing strategy (MD, Sales Head, Country Managers, FIN, etc.).
- Model Launch (follow up).
- Strategy approval coordination (MSRP & Profit Report)
**_Minimum Requirements_**
**Education/Certifications**:
Bachelor's degree (LAE, LEM, CP, LAF, Business, Industrial or Mechanical Eng.)
**Previous Work Experience, at least 2 years of experience in some of these fields**...

- Background Automotive sector - desirable
**Language**: Advanced level of English.
**Capable of traveling**: 15%
**Must have**:
- Business oriented
- Data processing skills / Data Analysis
- Strong Analytical capabilities
- Presentation skills (written and spoken) in Spanish and English.
**Computer Skills**:
- Excel and PowerPoint above average.
- Monday / Microsoft Task - Desirable.
- Tableau - Desirable.
**Competencies**:
- Cross-Functional.
- Time control and tasks prioritization.
- Deal with ambiguity skills.
- Innovative think out of the box.
