If you thrive in an **in-office** environment, and are ready to handle _data entry_, _communication management_, _assisting clients_ with inquiries and _managing appointments_ for attorneys, then this position is just for you

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS**:
**fluent in spoken and written english (At least C1 level)**:
**Applicants must be located in Guadalajara, Jalisco**:
(Since this is an in-office position)

**high school diploma or bachelor's degree**:
**Experience in similar administrative positions (6 months or more)**:
**Proficient Computer Skills, including Microsoft Office**:
**Detail-Oriented, Organized, and Committed**:
**What You'll Be Doing**:
Support Attorneys with administrative needs

Assist in Legal Documentation (Non-litigation)

Schedule and confirm appointments for lawyers in the united states

Draft, proofread, and file/send legal documents

Set appointments and lead maintenance
