You will be joining our LatAm sales team, with the aim of strengthening our leadership in Mexico, where we are already the go-to Employer Branding & ATS tool, with amazing clients like Jugos del Valle, BradesCard, Opex, Openpay... but we've just scratched the surface

For us, personality and passion come before education and experience. You’ll always be supported and looked after by your Teamtailor family, but you will also have a lot of responsibility for your own work, meaning that working independently isn’t something you mind.

**Additionally, we are looking for someone who ideally**:
‍ has previous experience in B2B sales (with SaaS platforms is a plus) and can be responsible for their entire sales cycle from prospecting to sales.
can keep high activity and motivate yourself & has the drive to always exceed.
has HR experience (working directly in HR or selling HR-related products).
is fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Recruitment-process

If there is a match from the get-go, things can move really fast.The process usually includes these steps:
1) Online Assessment Test.

2) Video interview Kit.

3) Quick call with Alicia, Sales Manager LatAm - 15 minutes.

4) In-depth interview with Alicia & Carlos - 30 minutes.

5) Business Case + Informal chat with part of the Sales team - 1 hour.

You'll be the first of our Mexico team and we expect your help building the LatAm team. We are looking forward to learning more about you and getting to know you better
