Due to continuous growth, we are looking for a Supervisor III Production to join our Juarez, Mexico team.
**How You'll Help Us Connect the World**:
Coordinates Production Supervisor and Production Team Leaders and direct labor. Assure that the team follows safety and quality procedures and rules. Assure that production follow-up production schedule. Provide support to the team to meet goals. Develop and generate reports according with plant KPI’s (Efficiency, Quality, 5’s and Safety mainly). Assure that the team follows ethics and integrity policy and internal rules. Assure that all the team is trained to develop the assigned tasks according with the procedures stablished.
- Follow-up production plan and execution.
- Follow-up and maintain Labor Efficiency and corrective actions when out of goal.
- Maintain and improve CPI system
- Assure support areas are aligned with production plans and needs.
- Require DL and IDL according with volume and capacities.
- Understanding and following the requirements of the EHS Policy, Standards, and relevant facility and operations EHS procedures.
**Required Qualifications for Consideration**:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering Industrial, Mechanic, Electronic, Mechatronics / Business Administration) Preferrable.
- 15+ years of experience in similar position.
- Experience in assembly process multifiber and single fiber (indispensable)
- 3 years of experience in production or areas related (Planning & Engineering).
- Strong leadership and communication.
- Lean Manufacture culture
