In this role, the Head of Project Management will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within our organization. The following skills are required for this role:
**Project Management Expertise**: should have strong project management skills, including the ability to lead teams, run budgets, set timelines, and communicate optimally with team members.

**Leadership**: Strong leadership skills are important for this role, including the ability to encourage and empower team members, delegate tasks, and provide mentorship and support when needed.

**Critical Thinking**: should have strong strategic thinking skills, including the ability to anticipate potential problems and develop solutions to address them, as well as the ability to prioritize projects based on their importance to the organization.

**Communication**: Effective interpersonal skills are essential for this role, including the ability to articulate project goals and objectives, communicate progress and status updates, and lead team member expectations.

**Technical Knowledge**: should have a strong understanding of the technical aspects of project management, including knowledge of project management software, methodologies, and standard processes.

**Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills are meaningful for this role, including the ability to identify issues and develop creative solutions to address them.

**Risk Management**: should have strong risk leadership skills, including the ability to identify and mitigate risks, as well as the ability to lead project issues and problems.

**Team Building**: should have strong team-building skills, including the ability to build and lead successful project teams, develop team cohesion, and cultivate a collaborative team culture.

**Your Profile**:

- Shown knowledge in the manufacturing business of engineered products.
- Strong understanding of the Transmission and Distribution market segments.
- Act in an international environment and can communicate fluently in English.
- Strong learning attitude and curiosity about bringing new insights for operational excellence.
- BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is highly preferred

**Your Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning**: To ensure developing project plans that outline the scope, goals, timelines, and budget of each project. This includes identifying project risks and developing mitigation plans to address them.

**Prioritization**: Prioritizing, including personnel, materials, and equipment, ensures that projects are accurately staffed and resourced.

**Team Management**: Leading project teams, including assigning tasks, providing mentorship and support, and supervising progress to ensure that projects are on track.

**Budget Management**: Leading project budgets, including supervising project expenses and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget constraints.

**Stakeholder Management**: Leading stakeholder relationships, including communicating project status updates, handling expectations, and addressing concerns and issues as they arise.

**Quality Assurance**: To ensure that project results meet quality standards and that projects are delivered to stakeholders’ happiness.

**Continuous Improvement**: Continuously improving project management processes and methodologies, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes as needed.
