**The Opportunity**
Administrator of resources and leader of the plant's production crews, in charge of improving the profitability of the business and the achievement of key business indicators in Cost, Quality, Service and People
**Responsibilities**:
**Your Impact**
As Mfg Assoc Manager your scope would consist of
- Leader of FL production teams, from administration, monitoring, discipline, development and performance. (D- I)
- Ensure/facilitate the proper use of inputs and raw materials, ensuring the Plant performance indicator. (D- I)
- Comply with the Plant production volume according to AOP, guaranteeing compliance with the objectives of Quality, Cost (MOD) and Service(D)
- Compliance with all Plant maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with Plant MOH objectives. (E - D)
- Talent development of both employees and operators of a defined operating model and/or work strategy. (E - D)
- Facilitate each of the functions to develop aligned with business expectations through a continuous coaching environment. ( E )
- Guarantee the appropriate use of company resources (assets and/or budget). (E - D)
- Operate under a sustainability environment within current regulations (STPS, etc.) ( E - I)
- Compliance with legal requirements. (E )
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Education
Title Industrial Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer, Food Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer.
- Experience
Responsible, easy to speak, pro-active, who exercises leadership, objectivity, organized, integrated
Minimum experience: 5 years
English: Advanced
Knowledge of manufacturing processes
