Customer Marketing Manager

As a key member of the Hasbro team, you will play a crucial role in driving customer-centric marketing strategies that align with commercial, marketing, company, and sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with key account managers, agencies, and brand managers to develop customer-focused plans that drive business growth.
- Relationship Building: Nurture direct relationships with ecommerce agency teams and global teams to align on full-year planning agendas.
- Marketing Execution: Lead the implementation of marketing plans with the commercial team, measuring results through relevant KPIs.
- Marketing Optimization: Optimize marketing strategies to boost sales and brand awareness by identifying opportunities in visibility, audiences, catalogue, pricing, ads formats, and consumer trends.
- UX and Digital Merchandising: Leverage UX experience and digital merchandising knowledge to create engaging brand stores and optimize customer journeys through advertisements.
- Analytics and Insights: Apply expertise in SEO, digital analytics, and data analysis to generate actionable insights.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Understand digital metrics, ecommerce, and online advertisement knowledge to inform data-driven decisions.
- Media Planning and Budgeting: Administer media split and budget to maximize sales and profitability, considering consumer behavior.
- Campaign Development: Craft compelling messages for monthly campaigns across different clients and brands.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Digital Shelf Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to optimize digital shelf presence.
- Portfolio Strategy: Analyze and optimize product portfolios to drive business growth.
- Promotional Strategy: Design and execute promotional strategies to drive sales and brand awareness.
Data Analysis and Planning:
- Financial KPIs: Analyze revenues, variable margin, and operating profit to inform business decisions.
- Weekly Analysis: Conduct weekly analysis of sell out, sell in, inventories, sell thru, pricing, and distribution to inform strategic decisions.
Leadership and Collaboration:
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to drive business results.
- Strategic Relationships: Build and support strategic business relationships with customers to maximize Hasbro presence in-store and retailers' touch points.
