**As a Sales Account Manager, what are you going to do?**
- The Sales Account Manager owns the commercial relationship with the client and maintains and grows relationships with all customers in the LATAM while achieving an assigned sales and growth goal. Reporting to the Head of the Region, the Sales Account Manager is expected to retain and grow existing accounts, while pursuing profitable new opportunities;
- The Sales Account Manager is responsible for selling the company’s complete product and service offering;
- Focusing on customers with high-value, strategic growth opportunities, the Sales Account Manager’s most important customer interactions are face-to-face meetings;
- Leads all aspects of the sales process, calling upon others to support in solution development, bid and proposal delivery;
- Develops customer account plans that identify relevant customer needs, prioritises initiatives, and company investments, and establishes a clear action plan for success;
- Working as part of a small team, you’ll want to sell responsibly and work together with other parts of the business, contributing to making our company a fun and well balanced place to work.

**What are the skills and professional experience we’re expecting from you?**
- BA/BS degree or equivalent and a minimum five (5) years of sales experience in a business-to-business, large/strategic customer segment;
- Highly desirable to have experience selling or managing clients in the technology sector, biometrics, and / or aviation industries;
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level;
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services;
- Proven ability to position products against competitors;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating flexibility, autonomy, and initiative;
- Assertive, with good communication and technical skills;
- Fluent in English;
- Desirable: Salesforce experience.
