At Icalia we're looking for an **SR IT ACCOUNT MANAGER **to join our team.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 4+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE ON IT PROJECTS (KNOWLEDGE IN FRAMEWORKS)
- 3+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD OF STAFF AUGMENTATION.
- KNOWLEDGE IN AGILE METHODOLOGIES AND SCRUM.
- VALID US VISA.
- ADVANCED ENGLISH.
- CLIENT-FOCUSED SOLUTIONS EXPERIENCE.
- GREAT ATTITUDE AND PROACTIVITY.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Leads the unit's operations staff with extensive knowledge of the services of the area and leadership.
- Defining and redefining processes and procedures to improve the operation.
- Establishes operational plans and strategies.
- Risk mitigation to solve operational issues.
- Staff Allocation.
- Supervises the daily activities of the different operations units.
- Ensure compliance with the delivery of services in quality and established time, generating customer satisfaction.
- Identifies points of operational improvement, which allow to reach the highest operational level.
- Establishes and develops operational processes of the business unit.
- Establishes short
- and long-term compliance goals in line with corporate objectives and monitors compliance with these in operational teams, supporting them in problem solving.
- Supports commercial efforts by defining and identifying new business opportunities in customers.
- Develop service proposals.
- Participates in the pre-sale, post-sale and estimation of services.
- Actively collaborates with the area of finance and administration ensuring efficiency in the communication, collections and income of the services delivered.
- Develops the operational staff in charge, defining growth and development plans based on the HR area.
- Foster company culture of care.
- Collaboration to create internal products.
- Ensure that current environment is regularly evaluated for best practice approaches.
- Identify need for new standards, reports, accountability and oversee efforts to develop recommendations and plans to enhance cost transparency.
