**Job Summary**:
As a key advisor to the CFO, oversees the budgeting, forecasting, longterm planning, implementation, and business strategic analysis for the Americas Business Unit. Responsible for reporting and consolidating the monthend results and future forecasts of the business to the Corporate Group. Coordinates the financial analysis, modeling, forecasting and reporting efforts to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations of the business.

General Requirements
- Reports to the CFO and directly supports both CEO and CFO
- Coordinates with multiple business lines and finance teams to continuously prepare the planning and analysis for the company
- Direct liaison with corporate FP&A function
- Leads a team of 1520 FP&A analysts
- Skilled people leader; passionate about developing talent
- Ability to effectively manage multiple, largescale projects and dynamically shift focus and reprioritize when needed

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and guide the FP&A team in close partnership with the CFO
- Provide accurate, timely, and insightful reporting and analysis to support the business in planning and decision making
- Direct and coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and longrange planning, including annual/semiannual budgets, 5year plans, and monthly/quarterly forecasts
- Produce regular executive reports including but not limited to monthly business reviews, quarterly landings, and weekly global executive board presentations
- Drive variance analysis of financial results and KPIs to be used in management reviews and strategic business analysis sessions
- Manage a team of financial analysts performing overall company trend analysis of revenue and cost
- Provide leadership with insightful analysis of company results including budget gap analysis, opportunity identification and risk assessment
- Interface with corporate functions to ensure compliance with Group reporting guidelines and respond to Group queries Overall responsibility for reporting systems, tools and reporting accuracy

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of professional experience in finance and/or accounting roles
- 5+ Years Managerial Experience
- Understanding of corporate financial planning (i.e., business planning, budgeting, forecasting), reporting & variance analysis, and overall financial analytics and KPIs
- Highly collaborative individual with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint) required
- Knowledge of Hyperion Essbase and SAP a plus
- Excellent communicator; can articulate concepts to a diverse audience
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities under tight time frames
