As an IT Senior Manager of Digital Manufacturing, you will lead our technology initiatives and drive our digital manufacturing strategies. You will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and ensuring that all automation and manufacturing systems are operational, efficient, and optimized. They will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing new technologies, and ensuring that all systems comply with regulatory and industry standards. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that improve our manufacturing processes, increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance our overall digital capabilities.

**What you'll be doing**
- Develop and implement digital manufacturing strategies, including the deployment of automation, robotics, data analytics, and machine learning technologies to improve productivity and reduce cost
- Lead the IT team in the design, development, and maintenance of manufacturing systems, including condition-based monitoring using sensors, AGV’s with image analytics, RFID, or other products that connect to ERP, MES, and Scada systems
- Ensure alignment of IT initiatives with overall business goals and objectives
- Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and supply chain teams, in the adoption and use of digital manufacturing technologies
- Ensure that all systems are operating efficiently and effectively, with mínimal downtime and disruptions
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization within the manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all systems meet regulatory and industry standards
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for software, hardware, and services
- Develop and manage budgets for IT projects and initiatives
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve manufacturing processes and IT systems
- Monitor and report on the performance of all systems, using metrics and data analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
