El objetivo del puesto **CBS Supply Network Planning Team Leader** de la red de suministro de CBS es responsable de dirigir y administrar todos los procesos de planificación de la red de suministro y las capacidades del sistema, sincronizando los resultados de la oferta y la demanda en apoyo de los planes comerciales para una región o división específica.
**Responsabilidades**:
- El Gerente de Planificación de la Red de Suministro lidera un equipo centralizado para un par de regiones o Divisiones con la tarea de garantizar la reposición de la red de distribución para satisfacer la demanda general, el establecimiento de prioridades, la toma de decisiones sobre la asignación equitativa de productos en caso de escasez, la gestión de la estacionalidad, apoyando las revisiones de alerta con las plantas y la sincronización de la introducción de nuevos productos y las transiciones de abastecimiento.
- Las responsabilidades gerenciales también incluyen brindar un vínculo mejorado con la Planificación de la Demanda y la Planificación de la Producción, buscando reducir la complejidad del negocio y mejorar el nível de inventario de productos terminados, el servicio y la calidad.
- Actuar como enlace entre la Planificación de la Demanda y la Planificación de la Producción, asegurando:
- Disponibilidad del producto en los CD.
- Níveles de inventario del tamaño correcto
- Sincronización de la introducción de nuevos productos y transiciones de abastecimiento.
- Reducción de la complejidad sin valor añadido.
- Coordinación de la sincronización de la oferta y la demanda: presidir y dirigir las reuniones/llamadas relevantes dentro de las disciplinas semanales y mensuales.
- Dirigir el proceso de planificación de reabastecimiento de categorías: equilibrar el nível de servicio objetivo para los clientes, el inventario de productos terminados y el costo de reabastecimiento.
- Capacite a los subordinados: proporcione capacitación, intercambio de información, entrenamiento, retroalimentación, evaluaciones y delegación para garantizar el desarrollo de las personas y las capacidades organizacionales.
- Apoye las iniciativas de mejora continua: desarrolle e implemente las mejores prácticas relacionadas con el reabastecimiento de productos terminados, la disciplina de planificación del suministro, la gestión de alertas para ayudarnos a reducir el excedente innecesario de existencias y la utilización del sistema.
- Colaboración: identifique y cierre las brechas con la planificación de la demanda, la planificación de la producción, el transporte, las operaciones de almacén y el servicio al cliente para lograr una planificación de suministro eficiente y rentable para cumplir con el servicio de CS&L y los objetivos de costos/KPI y mejorar la capacidad de respuesta del proveedor.
- Desarrollo de sistemas/procesos: garantice el desarrollo y la implementación de los procesos de planificación de suministro de "mejores prácticas" que deben seguir los miembros del equipo para maximizar el servicio al cliente, minimizar los costos y optimizar el inventario.
**Requisitos**:
- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Negocios Internacionales o carrera afín.
- 5 años de experiência en posiciones de Logística.
- Experiência en manejo de datos, analytics, manejo de big data, trends.
- Nível de inglés avanzado.
- Fuerte conocimiento técnico y experiência con herramientas SAP/APO, IBP y Excel.
- Deseable 1 año de experiência en el manejo de persona con reportes directos.
- Deseable conocimiento en Google Data Studio.
