- Perform full-cycle recruiting, including the development and execution of recruiting strategy.
- Develop and maintain a strong partnership with internal business partners, including Staffing, Regional Directors/Operations, and HR.
**Requisitos**:
**Knowledge & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Problem-Solving skills, Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.
- Keen aptitude for systems knowledge.
- Software aptitudes/ knowledge.
- Experience in leveraging recruitment marketing and branding tools, including social media networks, highly preferred.
- Effective negotiation skills.
- English.
