Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de una persona talentosa y comprometida para ocupar la posición de Vendedor de Servicio (mantenimiento), quién será responsable de la venta eficiente del mayor número de servicios, satisfaciendo la necesidad de clientes nuevos, actuales y cautivos, cumpliendo con los objetivos de ventas anuales asignadas.

**Principales actividades**:

- Visitar en sitio a todos los clientes activos y/o potenciales, para evaluar sus necesidades y requerimientos, actuando como asesor comercial.
- Explorar permanentemente la zona asignada para detectar clientes potenciales.
- Determinar el tipo de servicio y realizar el cálculo del costeo para la ejecución eficiente del servicio, incluyendo refacciones y materiales adicionales, en caso de requerirse.
- Cotizar a través del sistema SIEBEL de acuerdo con los lineamientos y procedimientos establecidos por la empresa.
- Elaborar y recopilar toda la documentación técnica necesaria (memorias de cálculo, descripciones técnicas, cuestionarios técnicos, catálogos, etc.) para soporte de las cotizaciones realizadas.
- Alimentar y mantener actualizado el CRM.
- Realizar las actividades necesarias para llevar a cabo con éxito cada caso de ventas.
- Llevar a cabo el proceso de cierre de ventas en SIEBEL de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos por la empresa.
- Asistencia y participación en las reuniones periódicas de ventas.
- Otras tareas asignadas por el Supervisor.

**Los principales requisitos del cargo son**:

- Escolaridad: Carrera concluida. Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Industrial o afín.
- De 2 a 4 años de experiência en grúas, equipo de mantenimiento/reparación industrial o maquinaria pesada.
- Conocimiento en mantenimiento y servicio a grúas viajeras.
- Técnicas de ventas y negociación.
- Conocimiento de las normas de seguridad e higiene en el trabajo, aplicable a su función.
- Orientado a resultados.
- Actitud de servicio al cliente.
- Facilidad de Palabra, comunicación.
- Trabajo en equipo, alta adaptabilidad.
- Perseverancia y resiliencia.
- Inglés intermedio/avanzado
