**Vacante para la empresa ICONN en Mérida, Yucatán**:
**Objetivo del Puesto**

Ser un socio estratégico del negocio, brindando soluciones de recursos humanos en la región península de las Operaciones de la empresa asegurando la continuidad operativa, contando con el mejor talento y una ejecución estandarizada de los procesos y programas del área, desarrollando e implementado acciones que impacten positivamente los indicadores del negocio e impulsar la cultura de la organización para garantizar un ambiente que propicie el logro de resultados y construya una compañía ganadora.

**Principales Responsabilidades**
- Seguimiento puntual a los indicadores de gasto de mano de obra.
- Elaboración de presupuestos.
- Creación de cotizaciones y ordenes de compra.
- Ejecutar las estrategias de ahorro de la compañía relacionado a Talento.
- Realizar las comprobaciones de gastos y reembolsos del equipo de talento para evitar cargos morosos en el área
- Colaborar en la definición de la estrategia de talento en los distintos níveles y funciones (Atracción, retención, reconocimiento, desarrollo y desempeño)acorde a las necesidades y desempeño actual de las operaciones que da servicio.
- Coordinar con los centros de expertise el diseño de planes, programas e iniciativas que contribuyan a mejorar el desempeño operativo y el logro de los resultados de negocio definidos
- Desarrollar y proponer mecanismos para evaluar el liderazgo y ambiente laboral de las operaciones bajo su responsabilidad, definiendo programas que contribuyan a incrementar el nível de compromiso y satisfacción del personal.
- Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento del sistema de gestión de talento ( juntas semanales, mensuales, rendición de cuentas)
- Asegurar el respeto a los valores de la organización con las personas y áreas que se relaciona.
- Aplicar las acciones necesarias para asegurar que las áreas que da servicio sean el mejor lugar para trabajar.

**Requisitos**:

- Lic. Comprobable - I. Industrial / Recursos Humanos / Administración / Psicología
- Manejo de Office
- Ley Federal del trabajo
- Ley IMSS
- Manejo de Relaciones con Sindicato
- Nóminas, ISR,
- Seguridad e Higiene (Normas, inspecciones)

**Experiência Mínima de 2 años en**:

- Conocimientos de la industria de logística o retail
- Marco legal laboral
- Gestión de P&L
- Experiência como HR Business Partner
