**Requisitos**:
- Licenciatura trunca o Terminada
- 3 años de experiência desempeñándose como customer care, customer service, atención a clientes a sector corporativos, asistencia de soporte a clientes mediante vía telefónica, correo electrónico y/o chat, resolución de problemas, satisfacción del cliente, comunicación con clientes internos y externos, manejo de Excel.
- Capacidad de análisis.
- Capacidad de realizar múltiples tareas.
- Escucha activa y solución a problemas
- **Dominio avanzado del idioma Inglés (INDISPENSABLE)**
**Funciones a realizar**:
- Mejorar la relación de cada cliente con los servicios brindados
- Soporte al cliente con consultas técnicas y procesos comerciales
- Resolución eficaz de problemas
- Documentar los pasos de solución dado a cada incidente
- Comunicación concisa y clara con las diferentes áreas
**Ofrecemos**:
- Sueldo bruto mensual $15,000 - $18,000

- Lunes a Viernes 9 - 6 pm
