The Business Development Grp Mgr is accountable for management of complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas. Leads and directs a team of professionals. - to medium-term planning of actions and resources for own area. Full management responsibility of a team or multiple teams, including management of people, budget and planning, to include performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations and budget approval.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership to the brokerage network with strong focus on sales and people management
- Provide sales leadership to Sales Heads, RMs/ROs, and Service RMs/Officers to exceed financial plan numbers and net promoter score targets
- Ensure that the group operates in a manner that deliver Advanced Citigold and Citi Priority client experience
- Develop, motivate, and empower team members to fully realize their potential and to maximize sales opportunities for the brokerage business
- Responsible for business development of the affluent to create new investment and banking opportunities
- Establish and develop strong partnerships with the bank and other businesses units to develop new client relationships

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years relevant experience
- Good in-depth knowledge of financial products and services Comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures to ensure the maintenance of operational controls that exceed audit standards Hands-on knowledge of branch and AML functions
- Advanced sales management skills
- Advanced people management skills, coaching skills, and problem solving skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

**Job Overview**

The Digital Sales Senior Vice President is responsible for delivering state-of-the-art digital xsell campaigns via Mobile, Bancanet and ATMs, so as to provide our Citibanamex clients with a “wow experience” through their digital journey, and to deliver bottom-line results to the Bank for all Consumer Portfolios (Lending, Investments, Insurance, Cards).

Reporting to the Head of Digital Adoption and Sales, this SVP role is responsible for actively engaging with our Digital Solutions & UX Teams, Consumer Product Heads, Campaign Management & Strategy Teams, and Risk Teams involved in our xsell operations. S/He is an expert on Digital Sales’ Funnels and promotes changes to ensure client engagement & end-to-end sale fulfillment on digital channels. Key areas of focus will be to work with all stakeholders to design, setup and test advanced communication solutions that support personalized client-centric campaigns and increase Non-Branch Sales. The SVP will also oversee ongoing roadmap initiatives for marketing technology in support of greater personalization and sales’ effectiveness.

The position implies full management responsibility of a team or multiple teams, including management of people, budget and planning: performance evaluations, compensations, hiring, disciplinary actions (when required), and budget approvals.
