Senior Pre Sales Engineer

Partners with sales colleagues in the development and closing of sales opportunities for our Branch Automation and Vynamic Transaction Middleware / Transaction Automation portfolio in combination with our VCP client software. Serves as technical subject matter expert and consults the sales team and client on DN product and service offerings. Assists in the sales cycle from discovery to close. Designs customer solutions that achieve business and financial goals as well as meet or exceed client business and functional requirements. Documents detailed client requirements and initiates any required scoping efforts or planning with internal partners to ensure successful solution delivery. Evaluates product performance, market needs and client satisfaction, providing feedback to product teams to ensure continuous improvement and enhancement of the company's product and services portfolio. Conducts live and remote demonstrations and makes presentations to prospective customers clearly articulating the value proposition. The role requires particular domain expertise in Branch Automation, Transaction Automation and Cash processes of Retail Banks, as well as strong knowledge of Self Service Banking software portfolio.
