Territory Manager Monterrey

**ROLE PURPOSE**
**KEY OUTCOMES**
Develop sales and territory management plans in conjunction with the National Sales Manager in order to ensure resources are focused on achieving maximum market impact.
Conduct visits to build relationships with existing and prospective customers and introduce FPH products, therapy approaches and their benefits to create demand for products.
Install equipment and conduct product evaluations, educate hospital employees, assist with troubleshooting and bedside support to ensure acceptance of products.
Liaise with hospital compliance and biomedical departments where appropriate to ensure all compliance barriers are overcome.
Identify and liaise with purchasing, clinicians or other key decision makers to facilitate the authorization of the sale and ensure funds are made available for product purchase.
Provide post sales education, trouble shooting and complaint resolution to promote early identification of customer issues, ensure correct use of equipment, drive consumable sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Able to transmit to the end client (Doctors, nurses and different hospital areas) the different respiratory therapies that FPH provides from a clinical point of view, so that they can manage, that the activities carried out by the distributors focus on that objective.
**IMPACT**
Achieve sales revenue from hospitals within a sales geography.
Ensures correct and ongoing use of products to protect FPH reputation andmaximize consumable sales.
Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
