Reports to: Global Total Rewards, Compensation Manager

**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- **Stock Plan Administration** - You’ll be responsible for driving the administration and strategic direction of stock related programs, policies, and tools for all categories and functions. You will do this through collaboration and partnership with external vendors and platform management. Internally you will be the liaison with Payroll and Finance along with partnering with Global Compensation, mobility, legal and Human Resources.
- **Recognition Partner** - You will work hand and hand with the Global Compensation team to collaborate in Global Recognition Programs.

**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Finance or other related field
- At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources Finance or other related field
- Experience working in a multi
- location environment
- Strong Analytical experience managing large Databases.
- Strong Skills using with Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent English - advance, is a must
