**Job Description**:
As a Supply Chain Consultant you will be responsible for implementing the DSCP (Digital Supply Chain Planning) solutions from anE2E standpoint on the functional / business side at client site.

**What you will do**:

- Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution in line with DynaSys Methodology and standards.
- Identifies client SCM (Supply Chain Management) IT landscape and organization strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.
- Communicates on a permanent base with development and partners of the delivery team.
- Identifies client SCM IT landscape in connection with the overall client IT landscape.
- In charge of the analysis, consulting, set up, training and assistance services during customer startup, ensuring compliance with quality, lead time and specifications.
- Validates the proposed solutions and carries the project through to successful completion. Assignment ends when the solution is in operational use by the customer.
- Handles different / several projects varying between 4 and 12+ months duration.

**What you need to know**:

- Quickly understands the SCM business issues, data challenges and IT architecture of clients organization and industry (CG, Retail, Life Science )
- Analytical and Conceptual Thinking on SCM functions from the Strategic to the execution levels (Forecasting, Replenishment, Production,)
- Able to take an enterprise view of solution architecture.
- Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully and manages client expectations effectively.
- Ideally an Engineering College graduate, with extensive experience as Consultant with a Consulting company, or a Supply Chain software publisher
- Complete background in supply chain / logistics
- Experience in setting up Supply Chain Planning solutions would be an advantage.

**Qualifications**:

- Former experience in the area of Supply Chain preferred
- Business Process Certifications, such as APICS CPIM or CSCP or equivalent
- Fluent in English and excellent writing skills
- Self-sufficient, rigorous, pragmatic yet creative and with the necessary endurance

Other:

- Travelling all over America to expect in future (About 10% to 15% of time)
