Servirá como un recurso clave para clientes internos y externos en una oficina o grupo de oficinas de **WTW**, realizando una combinación de las siguientes tareas: apoyo en recepción y salas de conferencias/reuniones, coordinación de mensajería, administración de suministros de oficina, compras de suministros, equipo de oficina y de TI; dar respuesta a problemas relacionados con las instalaciones (por ejemplo, iluminación, HVAC, reparación de muebles, etc.); gestión de registros, archivo, actualizaciones del sistema de registros, archivo, etc.; entre otras actividades

**El Rol**
- Realizar funciones relacionadas con la recepción/conmutador, incluyendo atención de llamadas y visitas.
- Proporcionar soporte en las reuniones, ej. asegurarse de que los espacios para reuniones estén abastecidos y ordenados, organizar servicios de alimentos y proporcionar equipos especiales.
- Coordinación de Servicios de mensajería.
- Supervisar suministros de oficina y níveles de existencias. Realizar pedidos y mantener controles adecuados.
- Con base del programa anual de mantenimiento, coordinar visitas de proveedores en cada oficina y validar con evidencias el trabajo realizado para gestionar los pagos correspondientes
- Monitorear el E-mailbox de Facilities Services dando respuesta oportuna a los requerimientos de nuestros clientes internos.
- Apoyo con mantener la limpieza y orden de los espacios de trabajo; asegurando que los equipos estén en buen estado
- Trabajar en conjunto con las administraciones de los edificios para mantener áreas comunes en perfecto estado y limpieza
- Brindar soporte a las estrategias de Real Estate tales como, reubicación de oficinas, donaciones de equipo, etc.
- Mantener actualizados los Procedimientos de Emergencia y el programa de Seguridad y Salud Operacional; ayudar con las pruebas, registros y registros del Sistema de notificación de emergencia
- Asistir con la incorporación de nuevos colegas, proporcionando tarjetas de acceso, orientación sobre FS, etc.
- Proporcionar a colegas con herramientas de trabajo para actividades remotas tales como: monitor, mouse, teclado, etc
- Apoyo con la gestión de los archivos de las líneas de negocio, ej. Destrucción de información confidencial, relación con el proveedor de administración de archivos.
- Desempeñar cualquier otra actividad del área de Facilities Services asignada por el Líder de dicha área.

- Comportamiento y apariencia profesional /formal
- Capacidad para adaptarse a diferentes personas, situaciones y prioridades cambiantes con entusiasmo y flexibilidad al igual que demostrar un apropiado sentido de urgencia
- Confiable y puntual
- Fuertes habilidades organizativas, con capacidad comprobable para realizar múltiples tareas y priorizar de manera efectiva
- Gran enfoque al detalle y precisión al trabajo
- Habilidad para gestionar el tiempo de manera efectiva
- Habilidad para comunicarse abierta y efectivamente tanto verbalmente como por escrito en inglés comercial estándar y en el idioma local, según corresponda
- Conocimiento medio de Microsoft Office suite y Outlook
- Conocimiento de equipos audiovisuales y tecnología limitada en un entorno de salas de reuniones
- A veces puede ser necesario levantar objetos pesados
- 2+ años de experiência en un entorno de oficina profesional proporcionando soporte general de oficina y/o instalaciones
- Ocasionalmente puede requerir un compromiso adicional fuera del horario laboral (día festivo, fin de semana)
- Diploma de Licenciatura o pasantía, certificado o equivalente oficial es la educación mínima
