Planning - Expert Assembly Planner

ACTIVITIES
- Experience at an OEM
- Special Knowledge Qualification for Body Shop/Paint Shop/Factory/Conveyance/Screwdriving technology (Expert)
- Body Shop: WPS, MIG/MAG, laser, riveting, adherence, clinching, Assembly tree in the body shop, Material knowledge, RPS-Systematic, Weißbuch body shop, BEMIrules
- Paint Shop: Priming and corrosion protection, Application technology and automation technology, Paint shop technology and processes, Technique of measurement and material supply
- Factory: Evaluation of investments for implementing of the project and proving of cost effectiveness, Developing of alternatives regarding cost effectiveness, feasibility, quantity, quality and environmental security, Complete project management (coordination, controlling, monitoring of dates, documentation of defects), Experience of project leading. Knowledge of CAD Systems, Microsoft Project, standards, rules
- Conveyance: Developing of RFQs for conveyance and automation demands and development and evaluation of complex solutions, Conception of complex conveyance regarding mechanical and steering technical implantation, Advancement of existing techniques and processes, Detailed construction (i.e. Developing and changing of object lists), Electric-/ electronic planning, screwing techniques, knowledge of Simatic S5/ S7/Profinet, Selection, designing and sourcing of equipment
- Screwdriving Technology: Developing of RFQs for Bolting Technology and evaluating of complex solutions, Planning of Bolting equipment after specification and standards, Selection, designing and sourcing of equipment, Knowledge of Audi Bolting Standards and documentation is an advantage

Schooling:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering or business administration
