DESCRIPTION
  • Escorting of complete planning and implementation phases of complex production equipment as well as tools and assembly systems with focus of general process planning.
  • Analysis, conception and implementation of assembly structures and processes.
  • Analysis and detecting of potentials for costing and F-time reduction as well as assurance of processes.
  • Development of assembly and test processes and execution of FMEAs.
  • Developing of technical RFQ for equipment and assembly tools.
  • Selection, design and sourcing of equipment.
  • Project management (controlling, monitoring of dates, documentation of defects).
  • Good knowledge by participating in workshops, 3P process and ramp-up workshops.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering or business administration.
  • At least 4 years of professional experience.
  • Experience at an OEM.
  • Substantial experience in the specific planning fields in the automotive industry (assembly, factory planning, paint shop, body shop, conveyance), specifically a very high knowledge and experience in Assembly Equipment and Tools Planning.
  • Knowledge of Ergonomics Standards is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in Kanban Systematic.
  • CATIA and Layout HLS is an advantage.
  • Experience of project management.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Fluent English .
  • German A2 (is a plus) .
