- ** Key Responsibilities**:

- Process NAO Billing Request
- Assist with the Direct Sales accounting function, including rebooking report, debit and credit requests and other miscellaneous requests as needed.
- Assist with the month-end financial statement closing process includes executing journal entries.
- Logging of A5554 customer disputes, send out reports.
- Work with business unit controllers and other functional personnel to accomplish company, business unit and/or departmental goals and objectives.
- Actively participate in special projects as requested.
- ** Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- ** Preferred Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of experience with:

- Researching, understanding and correcting accounting transactions.
- Interacting with internal customers.
- Preparing Journal Entries and Account Reconciliations.
- Experience in handling and analyzing large amounts of data and drawing meaningful conclusions
- Strong analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with strong adaptability given occasional tight reporting deadlines
- Familiarity with Excel utilizing technical formulas and with other MS Office programs including Outlook, Access, PowerPoint
- Exceptional customer service skills including follow up and follow through
- Knowledge of SAP preferred
