Founded in 2019, Gordian Staffing helps small and medium-sized enterprises in the United States and Canada with specialized services and provides high-quality people solutions. Our headquarter is in Omaha, Nebraska. Abroad we have offices in Guadalajara and Mexico City.

Our client believes that providing friendly and professional services can provide the community residents and families with easier lives.

Job activities:

- Data entry for entering orders, following up on open order items, etc.
- Field phone calls and provide exemplary customer support.
- Maintain accurate digital records, files, and communications through data entry.
- Arrange for prompt and satisfactory responses to emergency service requests.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 8 am to 5 pm (CST)

**Requirements**:

- Around two years of experience in a call center for American customers.
- Experience using a ticketing system.
- Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking.
- Experience handling demanding customers.
