**Roles + Responsibilities**
Coordinate the Zona Golfo sales team to meet assigned sales quotas.
Plan and program the Technical-Commercial activities through which we will obtain the level of sales required by the corporate.
Analyze the market in the area to locate, prospect, specify and follow up with current and potential clients until closing sales of solutions, services and instrumentation.
Advise the sales team based on the experience obtained, in order to enhance their strengths and abilities to achieve compliance with the objectives set and the growth and development of personnel within the organization.
**Profile + Features**
Place of residence: It can be Tampico, Veracruz (center), Coatzacoalcos, Puebla, Edo. Mexico
- Chemical Engineering, Automation and Control, Industrial, Mechatronics, Communications, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or related.
Languages: Advanced English, advanced spanish
- Experience:
5 years of selling automation equipment/services and/or solutions.
2 years leading work teams
5 years coordinating/leading work teams.
- Specific knowledge: Automation, Sales, Negotiation.
- Parcel: MS Office, CRM.
