**Your team responsibilities**
The team is responsible for all aspects of research for MSCI Indices including designing new indices, speaking to clients and rebalancing the indices.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Understand the index methodology and the index design process and help ensure the indices meet the methodology. You also need to make sure the methodology is valid and meets the investment objectives of our clients.
