**ACTIVIDADES**:

- Responsabiliza de la gestión del inmueble con el fin de optimizar su mantenimiento y maximizar la rentabilidad

del mismo.
- Manejo de proveedores, clientes e inquilinos
- Promueve las actividades comerciales directas con los clientes e interviene activamente en la gestión y cierre de

operaciones
- Negociar y supervisar los contratos establecidos con los proveedores de servicios que operan en los edificios

(seguridad, limpieza, jardinería, instaladores) y mantener la adecuada relación y contacto con los mismos.
- Administrar la relación con nuestros socios comerciales. Comprender los objetivos y prioridades del cliente y

comunicar oportunamente las iniciativas estratégicas para cada cuenta / cliente, actualizaciones y prioridades
- Responsable de liderar y ejecutar las actividades comerciales, enfocadas a incrementar las ventas y mejorar los

servicios.
- Encargado de administrar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de aire acondicionado, plantas de emergencia,

sistemas eléctricos garantizando la obtención de resultados en los diferentes centros de trabajo.
- Gestionar los recursos financieros, controlar, administrar y supervisar el uso de los recursos financieros de

acuerdo al presupuesto definido
- Administración y control de proveedores
- Funciones administrativas (facturas, cobranza, reporte de gastos, estados de cuenta)
Manejo de presupuestos
- Reportes mensuales
- Prevención de riesgos
- Planes de emergencia
- Conocimientos sólidos en mantenimiento, sistemas de aire acondicionado, sistemas y redes hidrosanitarias,

instalaciones eléctricas (plantas de emergencia, UPS ‘s), etc.

**OFRECEMOS**:
Sueldo bruto: $30,000 a $35,000 de acuerdo a experiência
