Principales responsabilidades
- Coordinación de agenda directiva
- Organización de eventos corporativos
- Coordinación en compra de viajes directivos, vuelos y citas
- Asistir a exposiciones junto con los directores
- Seguimiento a contratos de servicios
- Atención a empleados, manejo de comunicación interna
- Seguimiento y control de pagos
- Reportes a nível dirección
- Seguimiento a pendientes administrativos
- Seguimiento con clientes internos y externos
- Interacción con otras áreas como la comercial y operativa
- Seguimiento con el área de inmobiliaria, contadores, HR
- Toma de minutas
