As a VP Audit in Latin America, you will execute end-to-end audits, identify and assess risks and controls, and work with stakeholders to discuss factual accuracy of audit issues. You will play a key role in driving positive change through control environment assessments and contributing to the annual audit plan.
Job Responsibilities:

- End-to-end execution of audits, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting
- Identification and assessment of risks and controls across LOBs and legal entities
- Preparation of high-quality working papers and support of testing execution
- Input on audit scope decisions and preparation of annual audit plan
- Compliance with audit regulatory requirements and deliverables
- Coordination of team located in different locations
- Discussion and agreement of factual accuracy of audit issues with stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years of Audit experience
- 8+ years of banking industry experience
- Fluent in English
- Experience in risk-based auditing
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently

Preferred Qualifications:

- CNBV AML certification
- Data analytics tools implementation experience
- Deep knowledge of Mexico Bank and Broker Dealer regulation
- Experience executing audits with mínimal supervision
