Our new state-of-the-art Call Center is looking to build on our biggest strength: our teammates We are searching for an energetic recruiter with GREAT communication skills and the ability to play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring talented individuals to work for our growing company.
Must have strong time management, willingness to learn and a desire to have FUN at work. You would be a great fit for our team if you like to combine superior listening and communication skills with an outgoing personality to build instant rapport so that you can earn bonuses every month. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
- MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS OF RECRUITING EXPERIENCE.
- Intermediate experience supporting multiple business units recruiting. High volume and/or call center recruiting experience preferred.
- Fully bilingual.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues and social media platforms.
