Desarrollar y administrar el sistema de calidad, proveer mejoramiento continuo y enfocar los esfuerzos en la satisfacción del cliente, promueve análisis profundo de problemas para evitar recurrencias y tiene la autoridad y responsabilidad de detener la producción, así como envíos al cliente que afecten directamente a la calidad del producto.
- Debe de estar consciente de la relevancia e importancia de sus actividades y de cómo estas contribuyen al logro de los objetivos de su departamento.
- Da cumplimiento a la política de calidad.
- Ser el principal contacto con los clientes del área APU Gas para cuestiones de calidad. - Ser el guía para el proceso de protección al CLIENTE y el proceso de calidad a ala primera vez en la planta Diesel - Asegurarse de que el sistema de calidad ha sido establecido conforme a los estándares de la norma EOS - Apoyar a la planta en las actividades de documentación de calidad - Participar activamente en las (Gate review, design review, production worthiness) según aplique - Evaluar las habilidades de los empleados de calidad y proveer entrenamiento directo o indirecto - Certificar a los empleados de calidad y al staff de la planta en el conocimiento y cumplimiento con los procedimientos divisionales y locales - Establecer un sistema para la reducción de las PPM’s de calidad a la primera vez y proveer entrenamiento y verificación del seguimiento a todo el proceso - Promover practicas y ambiente seguro de trabajo a través de la organización - Ser el interfase con ingeniería de producto y coordinar los cambios de ingeniería y Desviaciones al procesos - Participar como instructor interno en cursos relacionados a su área - Participación activa en las juntas requeridas. - Implementar y mantener un control adecuado sobre el desempeño del área. - Dar cumplimiento al sistema corporativos, DPRTS, SIMAQ e IATF 16949 - ISO 14001 - Establecer y seguir planes de trabajo, planes de Acción PDCA - Atención oportuna y quejas del cliente y cumplimiento de requerimientos en tiempo y forma. - Administrar las herramientas de solución de problemas en los portales del Cliente, FCA, GM, entre otros. - Administrar y supervisar el personal a cargo. - Apoyar los objetivos organizacionales y departamentales. - Apoyar el cumplimiento de lo establecido por control interno. - La responsabilidad del área de calidad es mantener el control de los documentos del SAA siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos para el sistema local IATF 16949, así como servir como enlace entre los requerimientos del cliente en materia ambiental y el RAA de la planta para dar cumplimiento a los mismos. - La responsabilidad del área de calidad es mantener los documentos del Sistema de Gestión de calidad. - Está comprometido con el método de las 5’S aplicando la clasificación, orden, limpieza, estandarización, manteniendo la disciplina en su área de trabajo y en toda la planta. - Es obligación cumplir con el reglamento Interior de Trabajo y Valores de la compañía. - Tengo la obligación y responsabilidad de dar soporte en cualquier actividad que me delegue mi supervisor o mando superior, siempre y cuando no ponga en riesgo mi salud y/o seguridad.
